Read Aloud

ReadnQuiz has a unique approach to read aloud. Rather than relying on the browser to read the entire page, ReadnQuiz lets students hear just the part they need. If a student doesn't understand a sentence, they can tap the speaker icon next to it and hear only that one piece read to them.

Each part of a quiz question can be read separately -- the question itself, or any of the answer choices. Instead of waiting for the browser to read everything on the page, the student selects exactly what they want to hear. This keeps the focus on where the help is actually needed.

How to Enable Read Aloud

To enable Read Aloud for a student:

1. Click Students or Manage Students from the menu.
2. Find the student and open their account page.
3. Click Settings.
4. Set Read Aloud to Yes.
5. Click Save.
